First lesson was interesting mainly because of the new term. It was „New nordic diet“, which is the way of healthy approach to life. NND is not just about the food to eat but also about whole attitude to the nature and economics. I liked the idea of eating the food which is on stock at this time. For example we better do not eat the strawberries these days, because those would be from far far away from here. And it takes very long way to get here, which is not very economic. Right now we’d eat according to the NND for example the carrots!!
Another point was of course how to eat in healthy way. Funny moment was when the teacher explained us how to remember to eat six pieces of fruits and vegetables a day...:-) “six”...e...:-D
Second part of this lesson ran with the danish students together. We mostly planed our healthy meal which we will cook together in small groups of four to six...it is going to be fun!:-)
Whole lesson was very interesting and I we apreciate this, because we are very interested (as P.E. students) in nutritions and food generaly!
